2024 Wrapped



It’s been a big year at Truth Consulting! Selecting just a few standout highlights for our end of year video was incredibly challenging - there’s so much to be proud of!

 

A new managing director, Dr. Matilda Andersson, joined us, along with new team members across all our specialisms. We unveiled a new brand identity, launched two new offers - Truth Futures and Truth Intelligence - and introduced thought leadership initiatives like DISRUPTIONS. Other significant developments worth calling out:

 

Continued commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion through partnerships

2024 has been about furthering our commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. We proudly sponsored the MRS Changemaker Awards and hosted a celebration for the winners at our offices, attended by industry leaders and representatives from ASHOKA, our partner organization of social entrepreneurs and changemakers. Kelly Davies shared powerful insights about the role of sport in driving social good. One of the most valuable learning experiences came from hosting sixth-form London students for work placements through our partnership with Speakers for Schools. We gained so much from their fresh perspectives and are committed to continuing to create awareness and opportunities for students from all backgrounds to enter our industry.

 

Driving Impact

Impact in our work is essential - there’s no point in research and strategy if it doesn’t drive meaningful action. That’s why we sponsor the AURA Individual Client-Side Award for Impact, celebrating those who achieve real change within their organisations. This year, we had the privilege of hosting discussions brilliant nominees and the award winner Mayra Munguia highlighting their outstanding contributions listen here.

 

Reflecting on the UK Election and "Brand Britain"

The UK elections sent ripples through businesses, individuals, and brands alike. Midway through the year, we decided to assess the state of "Brand Britain" in the wake of Labour’s landslide victory. The findings? It’s complicated. Read the full report here.
