Any quotation is valid for three month from the date of submission. Thereafter the Company reserves the right to revise the quotation.

​

The fee quoted are for the services as set out in this proposal document: any changes made at the client’s request may result in additional fees. Unless the contrary is stated in the quotation, costs are subject to addition of any taxes at the appropriate rate.

The fees quoted will be invoiced as follows:

​

-  50% on acceptance of our quotation

-  30% on commencement of fieldwork

-  20% on conclusion of the programme
 

Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.

​

In the event of cancellation or postponement of a project once commissioned, a fee may be charged by the Company to cover the costs of all work undertaken and commitments made up to the time of receipt of formal notification of the cancellation from the client.
