Terms & Conditions

 

Truth is a trading name of Truth Consulting Limited. Work undertaken by Truth Consulting Limited is subject to the following terms of business:

 

1.  This website is owned and operated by Truth Consulting Limited (“Truth Consulting”). All material on the site and information provided via the site (“Content”) belongs to Truth Consulting or its licensors. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal non commercial use.

2.  Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. In particular, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing restrictions, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Truth Consulting:

8. Truth Consulting makes no warranty or representation that the website or the Services are free from infection by viruses or anything else that has or may contain contaminating or destructive properties.

Neither Truth Consulting or any of its directors or employees shall be liable to any third party (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss of profits, or for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever that may arise out of or be related to the Services or the use by any third party of this website.

11.  Any quotation is valid for three month from the date of submission. Thereafter the Company reserves the right to revise the quotation.

12.  The fee quoted are for the services as set out in this proposal document: any changes made at the client’s request may result in additional fees. Unless the contrary is stated in the quotation, costs are subject to addition of any taxes at the appropriate rate.

13.  The fees quoted will be invoiced as follows:

-  50% on acceptance of our quotation

-  30% on commencement of fieldwork

-  20% on conclusion of the programme

14.  Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.

15.  In the event of cancellation or postponement of a project once commissioned, a fee may be charged by the Company to cover the costs of all work undertaken and commitments made up to the time of receipt of formal notification of the cancellation from the client.
