Developing a winning proposition in mobile recycling
The Royal Mail ventures unit wanted to enter the mobile phone recycling market. This had become extremely competitive, and so a truly differentiated proposition was needed to gain strong market share.
Leveraging the capabilities of Royal Mail with a robust proposition
We worked closely with the brand and innovation teams to co-develop a series of propositions and designs distinctive to Royal Mail. Following strong initial testing, these were refined and optimised, and the brand identity evolved, to create a competitive advantage for the brand in a challenging space. The final proposition performed extremely well in initial forecasting, following its launch the Simply Drop brand has received exceptional customer satisfaction scores, with over 1 million customers using the brand across 9 European markets.
