We worked with the local fitness experts and enthusiasts to create their store together
Through a series of in-depth interviews, co-creation sessions and an analysis of the local customers we were able to sharpen the proposition and develop a blueprint plan.
The marketing plan featured a series of in and out of store activities
Each plan was reflective of the needs of the local community and sought to inspire them along their fitness journeys whilst putting the Reebok store at the centre of this..
Several initiatives are already progressing
- Integration of the star products into the new Delta branding
- Simplification of the shopper experience to make it easier to find the right product for you
- Local partnerships to drive interest, traffic and credibility – Gymbox for Covent Garden now has a series of VIP events for members and staff
- A B2B strategy for targeted partnerships in each local area, putting Reebok at the heart of the wellness strategies for local employers.
