Role overview:

 

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Insight Planner to join our diverse Qualitative team. An intelligent, interesting individual who combines solid research skills with a desire and aptitude to think strategically and commercially.

We want someone who will be able to hit the ground running, moderating, driving

projects day to day and working with both more senior and junior people to deliver the insights. In the longer term the candidate can develop their client relationship and business development skills and ideally lead client relationships (this will happen as quickly as the individual can handle the responsibility).

 

Desired profile:

​

  • 6+ years' experience

  • Experience of a wide range of research methods; combining solid research skills with a desire and aptitude to think strategically and commercially;

  • First class moderation skills including plenty of experience of focus group moderation (including viewed groups in front of senior clients) and ethnographic work;

  • Ability to manage project teams (upwards and downwards);

  • Proposal writing skills.
