Developing a new approach to innovation for the Suave business 

Suave had historically been seen as a fast follower, rather than a true innovator. We worked closely with Suave stakeholders to develop a new innovation process focused around co-creation and expert immersion, to give them the ability to innovate faster, and better. 

Helping Suave to lead the category via sharp innovative thinking

We worked closely with Suave to create, visualise, prioritise and commercialise a series of product concepts to populate a 5 year innovation pipeline. This resulted in the launch of a new product range, Keratin Infusion, that quickly became the top-selling product in their portfolio and raised the bar for haircare innovation both internally and externally. A second product, Moroccan Infusion, followed at the beginning of 2013, promoted by top stylist Brad Goreski.
