About the instructor:

Grant McCracken

Grant McCracken holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in cultural anthropology. He has taught at the University of Cambridge, MIT, and the Harvard Business School. He is the author of several books, including Chief Culture Officer, Plenitude, The Long Interview, and Transformations. He has consulted for many organisations including Barclays, IBM, Diageo, Nike, Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and the Ford Foundation. He is an affiliate of the Berkman Center at Harvard University.
